Progress on archery timer

Hi All,

Looks like I am making progress on my archery timer.

I have flags se for the traffic light indicators and a pre-timer countdown prior to the start of the shoot. Then the main timer kicks in and changes the traffic lights and sounds buzzers etc.

Pulled apart the old lights that don't work anymore and found the supply regulated by a simple LM series regulator and the displays are driven by CD4511 BCD to seven segment drivers.

I will be connecting the radios next to confirm comms and then onto interfacing the transferred data into BCD to drive the displays.

Sorry my bad! It was meant to have posted on my personal blog. I must have selected the wrong area by mistake. Wonder how that could have happened....

Finding a MK1 remote is not easy. To my knowledge only 3 sets were ever sold into Australasia. The one I now have and the two Mk2 ones that Archery NZ own.

They do not appear to be very popular in this neck of the woods. Probably very popular in Europe.

    Cheers

    Warren.

That may be where our global reach could help you.

On the right side you should see a MOVE icon, that will allow you to choose the place.
