Progress on archery timer

Hi All,

Looks like I am making progress on my archery timer.

I have flags se for the traffic light indicators and a pre-timer countdown prior to the start of the shoot. Then the main timer kicks in and changes the traffic lights and sounds buzzers etc.

Pulled apart the old lights that don't work anymore and found the supply regulated by a simple LM series regulator and the displays are driven by CD4511 BCD to seven segment drivers.

I will be connecting the radios next to confirm comms and then onto interfacing the transferred data into BCD to drive the displays.

    Looks like an interesting project.

Just wondering why this is in Feedback and Support.?

While I apprecaite you're looking for support (and feedback) this should actually be "Community Feedback and Support" and is for issues with the site.

You can move it to your own blog.

Thise that are following you will still get it, and it will show in new activity.

    re the remote.

If you can find someone with a Mk1 unit, you may be able to copy the datastream.

    Cheers

    Mark
