i have been sing my raspberry pi as usual and suddenly it turned off. the power light dimmed and then completely went off. i tried sing the test points on the pi and they only read 1.37 volts. i use the normal micro usb plug to power it with a power supply rated at 5 volts at 2 amps. it is broken?

the poly fuse is not blown?

thanks michael

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but have you been holding the silver capacitor when you have plugged it in? I did that to mine and snapped it.

EDIT: Same Dim power light when an SD card is plugged in? Have you tried swapping the power supply?
