element14 Loot

I just received a box of loot from element14, including an Arduino Nano Every and an Arduino Micro - thanks tariq.ahmad

I'm not quite clear what the occasion is, but this stuff is useful - the cat thinks so.... Look for these to appear in a project at some point....

The PIK3A project uses an Arduino Leonardo's HID capability to convert the physical arcade style joystick/buttons into the unique keyboard presses which the computer game software expects:

Any Arduino with an ATMega32U4 can do HID. For example Arduino MicroArduino Micro.
There are lots of easy examples of various Arduinos doing HID.
Or the one I use a lot is Pro Micro.

I will use the Nano Every at some point - not sure if it will be a HID application, since I use Pro Micro for HID apps.

I am interested in that HID capability that the Nano Every should have. I don't know much about HID but it seems interesting and not something I've investigated. I'm looking forward to somebody doing Blogs about it sometime.
