I am trying to get a feel for some aspects of the new platform by writing this blog. It probably won't see any views by members since it looks like personal blogs are squirreled away and probably not in the main forum stream. This is partly a test of that. So far I am noticing a lot of old material that is incomplete, missing, not viewable or not easy to find with a search. I expect it will take time to clean it up. I haven't figured out how to edit any old material yet to help with the clean-up. I haven't found a leaderboard for the gamification system, which could decrease its appeal. I have a few projects on the go and I am worried that blogging will be tough if I can't figure out an editing process and I'm also worried that learning the new system will rob time from project work. It still feels like I can't see what is happening on the forum. Like where would you expect to find information on the Holiday Secret Santa program?

    I suspect this is simply deceptive because of how many levels deep you have to navigate to get to them, when in actual fact everything is searchable and visible everywhere else for the most part.

    If you use the search bar at the top of the site, you can find pretty much everything. If you hit 'enter' after typing in the search you have a clearer view of the filters you can apply to find content. The oval bars that appear when you enter something to search also filters it.

    It's either in the action bar on the left, or under the 'more' button at the bottom of content.

    Some aspects of gamification are different or don't exist (yet). This's a compromise we had to do moving away from nitrostudio's bunchball. Until then it's on your profile.

    You need to 'join' groups and click to 'subscribe' or 'follow' forums and groups then you'll be notified about them.

    This's still in its early stages but should be highlighted more in the members area.
