Well, I'm not done yet. I might be down. I need some more stuff for this project so off to Micro Center. And about 130 miles later. I started over from scratch here is what I did:

I downloaded a new image from Debian to my computer.
- copied to my 64 Gb Flash with a DD command.
- In /boot/uEnv.txt: Edit this Line FROM #cmdline=init=/opt/scripts/tools/eMMC/init-eMMC-flasher-v3.sh TO cmdline=init=/opt/scripts/tools/eMMC/init-eMMC-flasher-v3.sh
- Install flash on to BB AI
- Then Reboot ⏎
- Lots of stuff on the screen at it updates the onboard flash
- Remove my flash
- Then Reboot ⏎
- edited in the network address from WiFi to Wired
- sudo apt-get update ⏎
- sudo apt-get upgrade ⏎
Now take a deep breath an have another Scotch.
- sudo apt install -y ti-tidl mjpg-streamer-opencv-python ⏎
- cd /usr/local/sbin ⏎
- sudo wget -N https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mvduin/bbb-pin-utils/bbai-experimental/show-pins ⏎
- sudo chmod a+x show-pins ⏎
- cd /opt/scripts ⏎
- git pull ⏎
- sudo tools/update_kernel.sh ⏎
It's now after midnight. So it seems that I am back where I started.
I'm going to have another Scotch and go to bed my head hurts!
