We have had a few spammers on the community in the last couple of weeks contacting our community members. We take spam very seriously and if you are being spammed please let us know by posting in the Feedback and Support area or by contacting myself or a member of the element14 team directly. We are currently evaluating options from our vendor to reduce the oppotunity for people to spam our members. I wanted to take a few seconds to walk through how changing your email notification preferences can reduce the amount of spam you receive via email.
Here is how you can change your email notification settings ...
On the top right of the element14 page you will see a "My Account" drop down, from there select "Preferences"
There is a tab on the "Preferences" menu called "Email Notification Preferences" once there you will have the option to select when you would like to be notified via email. By selecting "no" to all notifications you will not be sent an email if spaming occurs.
