Beginning October 25th we will begin the upgrade process to the element14 Community. When the upgrade happens, any messages from the legacy “Private Message” feature will not be immediately accessible. Our development team will be working on a way to make these messages available post upgrade. The new Direct Message feature will take the place of Private Messages, providing you with an enhanced way of communicating directly with your contacts and the element14 Community team on the site after the upgrade takes place.
Although your current private messages will not be deleted, we recommend that if you wish to retain copies of any private messages you have on the community please do so on or before Oct. 24th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions please feel free to ask in the comments field below.
