Unexpected behaviour of 'View more results' button

When listing my blog posts or reviews I get a list of 10, with at the bottom a 'View more results' button.

e.g.: community.element14.com/.../blogs

After pressing this button I don't get the next 10 items, but a list of comments on other content. 

The 'View more results' button points to: /search?q=*#serpauthor=17950&serpcategory=Review&serpsort=date%20desc

    Hi ! I agree, this is an odd way for that tool to behave. I checked on several other profiles and found the same results: expanding from the initial list of a member's blog posts using the "view more results" button becomes a list of both blog posts and comments, which don't really fit logically into the same list. I will raise this issue now and see if we can adjust how that tool behaves!

    That would be good.  I’ve found it quite difficult to navigate to find forum postings that are beyond the home page list.  It would be useful to have a list of blog posts and a list of forum posts, irrespective of their posting category/location, that just showed the title.  Using the filter that appears on the side would be useful to narrow down or reorder the list.

    Check the sitemap in the website footer or use the search box's advanced search tools.

    I can second using the sitemap, I've found that useful in reviewing what's been posted overall on the community recently.

    I can see if I click on "read more" or use the sitemap and click on "read more" it generates a generic search and defaults to "Blogs" - I can then select "Forums" etc to focus down on specific content types.  It mixes original postings and comments together, by timestamp, so I was agreeing with gpolder that this is difficult to follow.  It would be useful, for example, if there was a filter to just show original postings - I could then select to read in full, including comments, any I'm interested in.  Even threading the comments under the original posting would be useful.

    Perhaps I'm missing something.  I looked through the FAQs and other postings in the Feedback and Support Forum but haven't found any similar queries, which makes me think that others have worked out something I haven't!

    This experience was frankly, rubbish.

    We scrapped it.

    There's now a more sensible 'next/prev' button(s):
