7-NOV Access Denied

I had Access Denied this evening, 21:02 CET

On Android, with Chrome latest, 1 tab open.

At the same time, my laptop had 2 tabs open, (low power mode, not used for > 60 minutes.)

    I have experienced the same at-least 3 times since yesterday evening. Last night it happened at ~2AM (GMT+8) while I was finalizing my roadtest review. Ended up awake until 3AM because I wanted to publish it before I slept Sweat smile. Thankfully I didn't lose the changes to my draft at the time.

    Part of the problem is that when tabs 'wake up' for Verint, that's when the client-side website tries to Denial of Service the server-side because it performs a lot of socket/ping connections and that triggers the bot manager to block further connections.

    My recommendation would be to make sure you're closing tabs relating to the Community when you're done with them and utilise your browser's bookmark feature.
