login problems

Hi

I was trying to download an e-book and it asked for me to sign in after I am already signed in,

and then again after signing in again it wants me to create an account even though the top of the page confirms that I'm already signed in.

This happened before a few weeks ago or so, and I gave up on the download thinking it's a glitch, but it's still happening,

so I am holding off again so I don't have multiple accounts on the same site, because it did say that there is already a user with the same contact,

which I was signed in as.

    Which ebook was it you were downloading?

    It could be there's confusion here - it does prompt you for your name and email in order to download, but this isn't creating an account, it's just confirming your name to pass on to the sponsor of the ebook.

    But if you let me know the ebook you were downloading, I'll go check it is setup correctly Slight smile

    The little window is asking for your name and email and country(that you mentioned),

    and then the next little window is asking you to create a username, password, and confirm password, but

    the link that it says to click for already having an account "Already an element14 Community member? Just log in first."

    doesn't do anything at all, it's dead, and the main page says I'm still logged in.

    It was "The state of 3d printing ebook", and was going to be some of the other 3d suggestions that popped up
