On two articles that are posted recently by  and , several images are now showing.

When I right-click on the broken-image icon that shows where these images are expected to be, and select: show in different tab, I get this error: You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

    We have this problem intermittently.

    The users affected will have to edit and re-upload their images, ideally they will have to resize the images to be smaller than usual.

    This problem will be fixed when we move to verint version 12.1.4.

    "PD has found that this appears to be an issue with the Azure CFS implementation when an upload spans multiple chunks. This causes the file to appear corrupt and prevents the image resizer from effectively resizing the file. This issue has already been logged as:

    TE-17945: Azure CFS Uploading Largish File in Media Gallery Results in Exception

    It looks like the fix is set to be implemented in 12.1.4."

    12.1.4 was released from Verint some time last week and we intend to upgrade to it within a month or two.

    Until then images and video upload will be affected.
