Road tests never available in colombia, but no restrictions exist

Hi. as cstanton mentioned i should do, i'm posting here regarding the roadtest eligibility of people living in colombia. Of all the roadtests i've looked at they mention eligibility in countries without restrictions from the US, the UK and the EU. Colombia doesn't appear in such restricted lists, but whenever i try to apply to a roadtest, any, i get the message that the roadtest isn't available in the country. 

Is there any reason why people in colombia aren't allowed to participate in roadtests?

    Can you provide links to which RoadTests you're experiencing this with?

    As you presumably reside in Colombia it's easier for you to test this than I, directly, and then I can investigate further.

    Hi! currently, the only active roadtest which presents me with the message is this one /products/roadtest/rt/roadtests/650/digilent_analog_discovery_3#pifragment-4106=9&pifragment-4100=4

    the AIROC one was manually enabled by rscasny, and the most recent one, the Nordic nPM1300 one also allow me to enroll. 

    Before those, every roadtest showed the unavailable message, but of course, those are over already.

    After reviewing the RoadTests and discussing this matter with the Community team, there's currently no problem with the RoadTest content that should prevent applications from various countries on the website, so where the country is permitted to apply to the RoadTest, it should be possible to.

    We did observe that there were some issues with how the RoadTests were set up in some instances. On occasion, there are valid reasons why a country may not be permitted to apply for a RoadTest, these can range from sanctions and embargoes to practical difficulty and impossibility for the Community team to ship product to that location. Other reasons can also be requests from the supplier of the product, and also limitations with the product itself, such as unsupported radio frequencies or cell reception. There has also been an element of human error where countries were excluded simply because it wasn't set up properly.

    In future, we will ensure that RoadTests are double-checked for legibility based on these reasonable criteria and that we reflect this in the terms and conditions of the RoadTest. The RoadTest will also be taken on a case-by-case basis and members are still invited to raise the question and discussion if they find that they are going to apply for the RoadTest in earnest and they are unable to do so.
