Navigating to Options for Receiving Notifications for new RoadTests and RoadTest Reviews

At present it may be difficult to identify where you can subscribe to notifications for new RoadTests or RoadTest Reviews.

The interface to do so is only on a RoadTest or Review at present.

For example, browse to a RoadTest and choose these options:

'RoadTest' will be for this particular RoadTest

'RoadTestApp' will be for all RoadTests in the group.


Or browse to a RoadTest Review and choose these options:

'ReviewApp' will be for all Reviews in the group

'Review' will be for this RoadTest Review
