On Saturday, and Monday, 2nd and 5th of July respectively, the server administrator had to restart the Community website app and jobs server due to slow behaviour and not being available for access.
These issues are currently logged and captured, and raised with the platform vendor and server provider, and we're awaiting feedback and resolution.
Until then we ask that members be patient with us as we attempt to resolve this issue which causes repeated need of restarting the webserver and can cause issues with the site performance and service.
There's no action needed from members on this, as it's all 'back end' and server-side problems that are being looked into and chased with the third parties.
