Solved: Redirects from www.element14.com/community to community.element14.com are broken

At the moment if you have any links redirecting from the old Jive site (https://www.element14.com/community) through to the new Verint site (community.element14.com) they may not work.

We're aware of the issue, and we do not have a full rewrite map setup because of the sheer number of links from the old Jive domain to the new Verint domain, and for what redirects are in place, relies on the older server(s) at present, which have a poor uptime.

The server administrator's aware, and there's a Jira ticket in with them to resolve this, I do not currently have a timeline for when this will be fixed, the new rewrite mapping will be setup in our CDN/Caching services of Akamai.
