  • I have always been active in supporting women in engineering.

    Most I have found to be very good and I have promoted them as I could.

    Others I found were more into exploiting the system rather than do good engineering. Those I encouraged to leave.

     

    Overall, I found that as long as they focus on the job, there is no difference between the genders.

     

    That said, there can always be more encouragement and support for women to enter into engineer.
