If a robot has human feelings does it have human rights, certainly a human brain in a synthetic body would, so why not a human consciousness in a synthetic brain ?

So Androids are robots but robots are not necessarily androids.
I've always thought that robots involve motors and traditional mechanical parts and androids are more synthetic biology but it looks as if I was wrong.
