What kind of hardware would you like to see RoadTested?

We have a lot of different types of hardware in RoadTests & Reviews, however we tend to err on the side of electrical engineering and design engineers, are we right to do so?

 

Let us know so we can offer up the hardware that you want to see tested.

  • Something else 1) More evaluation kits. FPGA boards, Microcontrollers, Sensors, etc. These are tougher to connect the right roadtester to the right product, but I think these result in higher quality reviews. How good is the vendor's documentation? How capable is the part? How easy was it to use? Did the roadtester do something interesting with it? It seems like eval boards get more variety, even if they are less exciting than expensive equipment.

     

    Something else 2) fabrication tools. Eventually every product has to go into a box. How do we prototype (or production) build those boxes?

     

    Something else 3) Software tools like eCAD.
