The Teaser

The project documentation is taking forever and I will release it much more systematically. For now, here is a small video of one of the parts which is the audio controlled LED lights. I am using the ARDUINO RGB LED SHIELD, XMC1202ARDUINO RGB LED SHIELD, XMC1202 and an Arduino. I am using an analog filter and the details will be released in an upcoming post.

Thanks gadget.iom . You should have seem the tektronix Scope when I was doing an I2C Dump! I dare not try the I2C probe with the BusPirate since I would get a gazillion bytes at a time. Anyone have ideas…

Attached is a scan of the relevant part of the schematic (way before CAD) used for filtering the audio out and using it to drive the lighting effects.

In our application we wanted the bass frequencies only, but the RC filter is easy enough to modify.

Let me know if you want the pdf.

Pity you can't attach a pdf file ...

    2015 sounds great.

I've suggested we use UTC, since then everyone can relate it to their own time, and adjust forward or back ...except Christian who is UTC..image

I liked that you recorded it, as it had some interesting information, but the appeal was more within the TM group/interested people than the general members.

(I see Peter even managed to quote me on the "instant generation" image)

    We've hijacked this thread enough

I think we can skip the recording since an lot of people mentioned that. We can have a show and tell segment for recording and e14 parts. We can give WebEx another shot so you can prolly supervise that.

Weekends around sundays. I am doing some time zone tables to see how everyone can fit in.

It will be in 2015 and we will have some challenges done by then

I hope we get an element14 based messenger in 2015.

    Here's wishing everyone a Berry happy 2015.

    Cheers,
