Without more information there is no answer to your question. We can't even tell if you are having trouble mechanically with the connections or if you mean you do not know which pins to make the connections to. Furthermore with out a plan and a purpose there is no reason to hook a DPDT toggle switch up to an Arduino. Give us more information and we will see of we can help.
I want to interface toggle switch with arduino because in my project,I want to use gsm and gps with that toggle switch...means if i pressed toggle switch then a message will send to the predefined number and location will also traced.
That's why I want to know interfacing of pins and code....
