How to communicate multiple arduino via USB PC?

Question

Study case : I want attach two arduino to 2 port usb, and with PC application (Java Application) i want send specific message to arduino.

through Button 1 when I click then I send "Hello" to arduino 1via usb 1, through Button 2 on java application when I click then I send "World" to arduino 2 via usb.

How is its program ? send message to specific arduino via usb ...

Hi, Each Arduino UNO, will have its own serial port, i.e. Windows O.S. will assign a different COM port to each Arduino, then your java application will use both COM ports. Regards
