Not sure how good your programming skills are but have an initial set of intermediate programming videos on E14, I will be adding more over time but as your asking about reading analog values, there is one that does that, the rest teach how to use ethernet, read from the serial port and also how to code a command interpreter based on data on the serial or Ethernet or both
