Can I use LCD from old smartphones such as Nexus 4, G2 for example (view photos at the end of post) with my Arduino mega 2560?
I need of a particular shield? Does it exist? How it much?

The only thing that comes close is this https://hackaday.io/project/364, but I do not seem to be driven by arduino, but only a converter that uses Arduino as a component 
I think that you have reason...but it is a point of start 
If it were possible to directly drive signals of HDMI would not hurt
