I'm planning on building a quadcopter using an arduino. I want a live feed FPV camera and a few other angles,. Is it possible to use an arduino or a raspberry PI for that? I would prefer delay of less than 1second, perferably instant.

You can use raspberry pi. Google gstreamer and you should get there...
