Hello i'm new to the site, new to Arduino & really new to online forums, so go easy on me please......
I have just ordered an Arduino UNO, cnc shield & a 3.5" touch screen lcd module to try to control a cnc router machine i am building.
NOW, i have multiple questions....
1. Is there a way to use some form of handheld remote / pendant type thingy to control the x, y & z axis on my cnc router?
2. Does the UNO & cnc shield use the same PSU? (e.g. to power uno & drive nema 23 steppers)
3. If the answer to Q2 is NO, then how do I work out what PSU's I will need?
4. Is it just a case of uploading the GRBL firmware to run this thing?
Thanks in advance & remember I'm a total new comer to this so simple would be good.
