What's the difference between iicps and iic examples in xilinx sdk drivers folder??

Hi Friends,

                      Can anyone tell me what's  the difference between the iicps and iic examples in xilinx SDK? i'm new to xilinx sdk..

    Here is how to find the answer.  In the drivers "data" directory, there is a ".mdd" file which indicates for which core it is intended to be used:

    For the iic_v3_1 driver, the iic.mdd file indicates:

       OPTION supported_peripherals = (axi_iic);

    For the psiic_v3_0 driver, the psiic.mdd file indicates:

       OPTION supported_peripherals = (ps7_iic psu_i2c);

    In summary, the iic driver is intended to be used with the AXI_IIC core, the IIC controller implemented in the programmable logic.

    Whereas the psiic driver is intended to be used with the Zynq-7000 or Zynq-UltraScale's built-in IIC controller's.
