Based on the partnership between Avnet and Digilent on the ZedBoard project, all Academic orders should go through Digilent/Digilent Resellers and all non-Academic orders should go through Avnet. If Trenz booked a non-Academic order, this was an accident. You should check with Trenz about the status of your order and possibly book a new non-Academic order through Silica.
Avnet is the only authorized reseller for non-Academic ZedBoard. Avnet does offer web purchases, but I'm not sure how much info is collected. Try www.avnetexpress.com.
