The Digilent page now shows a ship date of August 15th. Does this mean that the boards won't ship by August 1st?Pieter
That is correct. One of the kit components was delayed.

What is a realistic ship date now? It looks like every time that the previous date passes, the date is extended 15 days. Thanks
Boards are shipping today. We are getting them of batches of 100 or so. As soon as we get them in we are sending them out.

How can we tell where we are in the queue?
Looks like all customer orders will be send out within 3 weeks. Unfortunately I don't know what the queue looks like so I can't answer your question directly :/Several hundred are being sent out this week and next.
