Hi,
I started with my new RevD Zedboard. Happy to have the zedboard. I could succefull do the first 4 labs of the ZynqIntro provided in the website. But in the lab 5, i could do up to programming the system.bit, then i was trying to do the launch on hardware then it is giving the error " An internal error occurred during: "Launching LED_Dimmer.elf".
No Target with ID 64 in the System "

Can any help? I am using ISE design suite 14.6

If programming the system.bit works, then that confirms that your JTAG cable, drivers, and software are all OK. Can you confirm that you see the blue DONE LED light up?

However, SDK can't find the ARM when you try to download the ELF. Are you sure you have the MODE jumpers set for Cascaded JTAG?

    Bryan

Hi Bryan, Yes. the blue LED lights up and MODE jumpers are in Cascaded JTAG. What else can be the bug?

    Hi,

I'm also getting that error from time to time in SDK. I fear some configuration is getting messed up accidentally by some unknown action. The only thing that has helped me so far is creating the SDK-project from scratch. But then it happens that shortly after it is broken again. Luckily, I can still use XMD directly to download the bitstream and program:

    XMD% connect arm hw
    XMD% fpga -f /path/to/bitfile.bit
    XMD% source /path/to/hw_platform_spec/ps7_init.tcl
    XMD% ps7_init
    XMD% dow /path/to/program.elf
    XMD% con

    Hope that helps for now.

I had the exact same problem. I was able to flash the using XMD. Here are the commands I used in the windows version of the XMD program:

    fpga -f c:tempdesign_1_wrapper.bit
    source c:tempps7_init.tcl
    ps7_init
    cd {c:temp}
    dow HelloWorld.elf
