Problem with Implementing Linux on the Zynq-7000 SoC (lab 4.1)

Hi,

I've gone through both Speedways, (using version 14.4 of the tools), and had no problems until I reached Lab 4.1.

In this lab, I get no Ethernet connection. I then put the files from the lab-solutions onto the SD card, and saw the same behaviour (I believe this eliminates the tools version as the cause of the problem).

Here's the serial output (using the 'solution' files):

    Hi Kevin,

When I first started to use my Zedboard, the Ethernet port was working (I viewed the webpage).

With the SD card image you provided, I see no activity. Here's the log:

Looks like the Ethernet device is dead.

So I suppose I need a replacement board. Would it be possible to contact David Gregg in the UK to approve this?

    Thanks,

    Hi Kevin,

When I first started to use my Zedboard, the Ethernet port was working (I viewed the webpage).

With the SD card image you provided, I see no activity. Here's the log:
