Can't install Digilent USB Device

This is the first time to connect my Zedboard to PC.
On bord MIO6-2 are all tighed to GND and J17(PROG) is connetcted to PC by USB cable.
I'd like to program Zynq by USB-JTAG.
But PC can't find "Digilent USB Device", would you pls let me know from where I can get the driver?

    I was asking if you had installed the cable drivers when you initially installed the Vivado tools. If you are able to program the Zynq device on a Zybo board then you have the drivers installed on your Host PC. In that case make sure you have connected your Host PC to the J17 micro USB connector on your ZedBoard for the JTAG connection. There are two micro USB connectors on the ZedBoard. J14 on the ZedBoard is for the USB to UART connection.
