Connecting customized IP to external pins on Microzed board

We have designed a daughter board which will go and fit into JX1 and JX2 connectors of Micorzed board. We are using some of the pins from JX1_LVDS_* and JX2_LVDS_* interfacing our daughter board to micorzed board. If I create my customized IP, how can I connect my IP ports (rather map IP ports) to these external pins? I could not find anything in HW lab examples.

It will be a great help if somebody can let me know how can we implement it? It will be appreciated somebody can also point me to some working example.

You can use the 'Add Sources' option in the 'Project Manager' heading in the Vivado 'Flow Navigator' pane and select 'constraints'.

Perhaps it would be worth your time to go through one of the available tutorials on using the Vivado tools to implement Zynq based designs. The Avnet Zynq Speedway workshops are a good place to start:
