PIC12F1501-E / SN Operating Temperature Issue

Hello, please ask about the PIC12F1501-E / SN operating temperature:

I use PIC12F1501-E / SN as a project, input 1 PWM, 2 IO inputs, 1 ADC sampling. It works normally at normal and low temperatures. But the temperature is not too low at 80 degrees. The specific performance is:

(1) Store the sample in the ambient temperature box at 85 degrees for 30 minutes, and then power on, the MCU will not work.

(2) It can work again when the temperature is below 70 degrees.

(3) Turn on the power below 70 degrees, and it can work when the temperature is increased to 95 degrees.

This is strange. The working ambient temperature on the PIC12F1501-E / SN product data is -40 ~ + 125 ° C. Please ask, what is the problem.

This is the product data: https://www.key-components.com/parts/4D9/PIC12F1501-ESN.html

Hi there, Generally speaking, you should check that the REST of your board is capable of those temperatures. This forum is for Xilinx / Designed by Avnet products. You might have better luck with a forum…

How many samples have you tested, do they all come from the same batch ?

Did you buy from a genuine Microchip distributor ?

What else is in the circuit - capacitors and power suppliers can misbehave at high temperatures.

When you can answer all these questions I suggest you contact Microchip directly.

If you post the full circuit here I and other people may be able to spot problems - I'm very confident that Microchip wouldn't claim a part worked at 125 if it didn't, but duff parts do happen.
