Picozed 7z020 Done led flash twice and off

Hi

i got picozed 7z020 som card rev E with carrier Fmc gen 2.

i am trying the basic FSBL burn to qspi unit.

i got the qspi and ddr set as the tcl from avnet site shows.

I am succeeding in burning FSBL to the qspi through jtag. when i am moving the sw1 to qspi mode and turn the power on, the DONE LED just blink 2 times and turn off.

i am not sure where is the problem

i just know that the DDR on this board which is: MT41K256M16TW-107:P is not in the vivado ddr list and the tcl from avnet site is putting another ddr which is not in the same speed bin(on zynq parameters)

what should i choose for ddr?

what could cause the problem?

thanks

ofer

    Ofer,

I recommend using the board definition file. You could also start with one of our pre-built images to double-check things.

Both the TCL and the board definition reference a different device (since the actual device isn't in the library), but then the settings are all manually altered to match the device on the PicoZed.

Avnet board definitions are available here:
