Can't see USB ports on Microzed after installing CP2104 Win10 drivers

Hi,

My customer just bought a Microzed and gets stuck after installing the Windows10 version of the CP2104 driver:

Any suggestions other than opening a case on Silicon Labs website?

Hi Eileen!

We have seen this in the past where Windows 10 actually creates TWO Serial ports. Generally I recommend the customer try both, and remove the non-functional one from the hardware manager in Windows 10.

Can you see if they are just utilizing the wrong port. It really is not obvious that the incorrect/non-functional port is being used.
