    Hi there,

I do not think you can use an R load to simulate the PicoZed's Zynq-7000.

The Zynq is a dynamic load, so even if I could provide you an answer, it still depends on what you are running on the chip.  The different programs, PL loads, etc. all have an influence on the thermal output from the chip.

Ok. Can you tell me the material of the PicoZed board? And the amount of copper that's there?

    Hi there,

For details like that, you would need to contact your local FAE.  They can request factory details like that on your behalf.
