License issues

Question

When I bought the UltraZed-EV development board I was told that the software license that comes with it would work with the 2018 / 2019 version of Vivado in perpetuity. However, I went back to the board after putting it down for a long while and the license has expired because it was only good for one year.

My contact at Avnet has apparently left the company. So I don't have a contact.

Question: What are my options? Does the webpack support this monster FPGA? How much would a new license cost?

Vitis is a separate install from Vivado. Installing Vitis will also install the Vivado System Edition, which you can then use without a license to target WebPack supported devices. This Xilinx forum post describes what to do:
