Ethernet - MIO - 3.3V supply

Hi,

I'm a bit confused about the supplying voltage of the zynq MIO with ethernet. I bought a carrier breakout board with my microzed and I can set the supply of VCCIO to either 3.3V, 2.5V or 1.8V. For compatibility, I must use 3.3V, but inside the Zynq TRM at section "16.6.7 MIO Pin Considerations", I can read "LVCMOS33 is not supported for the RGMII interface. Recommendation is to use 1.8/2.5V I/O
standards." The VCCIO supplied the MIO bank and the ethernet is connected to it. So, it's been a while I used the microzed before I read this... But I've got no problem yet using 3.3V, is it normal ? Should I use the 2.5V for safety ?

    The VCCIO that you can control is for the PL I/O banks, not the MIO.The Vcco_mio is fixed and regulated on the MicroZed. On MicroZed, the Ethernet is tied to MIO Bank 1, which is fixed at 1.8V. See the MicroZed UG for more information.
