I made a custom carrier board and the QSPI does not seem to be working properly. This is interesting because nothing on my carrier touches the QSPI...
When probing some of the Reset lines, I notice that on the Avnet Carrier board, the SRST line drops to zero briefly (~1ms) after it finishes ramping on bootup. For my carrier board, the SRST is not dropping down to zero briefly. I feel like this has something to do with the QSPI not working as it is the RST# line of the QSPI Chip U7 pin9
