I'm using microzed, it is pretty working with JP3 jumper when I use JP3 and JP2 for SD it is not even power up.

So you are stating that the green power good LED, D5, turns on when the boot jumpers are set to QSPI mode, but not when they are set to SD Card mode? That would be very unusual as the boot jumper setting should not change how the board powers up.
The only other thing I can think of , other than an odd hardware fault, is that perhaps the MicroZed is not getting enough power from the microUSB connection. If you are connecting the MicroZed to a passive USB hub, or a USB connection that cannot supply enough power to the board that might cause an unusual result. You might try connecting the MicroZed directly to another USB port that will supply enough power.
