MicroZed doesn't start up

I have MicroZed Industrial grade. There are no jumpers JP1, JP2, JP3. So I cannot boot it from SD card. 

I don't see anything on the COM port. I can only Program FPGA but when I try to run simple Hello World - Launch on Hardware, it gives me these errors

An internal error occurred during: "Launching System Debugger on Local hello1.elf".
No Active System

ERROR : fpga initialization failed

Error while launching program: 
AP transaction error, DAP status f0000021
 
 

When programming with QSPI, following was the error:

 
Cannot access DDR: the controller is held in reset

    Hello Vatsalnaik,

    When you say there are no jumpers JP1, JP2, JP3 do you mean it is not populated, or do you mean you do not have any of the small little jumpers laying around?

    To put the board in any type of booting configuration you need to have those jumpers placed accordingly on JP1, JP2, and JP3. So without them you are unable to run any applications over JTAG/QSPI/SD Boot.

    To solve your issue you are going to need to place the jumpers according to how you want to boot your MicroZed. To view boot configurations please see Page 22 of the MicroZed Hardware User Guide http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/1519
