Hello,

first of all, I would like to be able to upload programs written in vhdl.

I don't know how to create correct constraints file.

The first Path to Programmable is a good resource to see how others got on. The course they were following is available as Avnet Speedway which you can download and follow for free. (registration on the Avnet site is required.)
