I am getting a critical warring regarding wireless_mgr. The file is not in the build. Where can I find that file?

Are you trying to open the Vivado project that is included in the PetaLinux BSP for MiniZed?

This 'wireless_mgr.vhd' file, and other similar files for MiniZed, can be found in the Avnet 'hdl' git repository:
<>/hdl/ip/minized/hdl/vhdl/wireless_mgr.vhd
