Hello,

I have the minized board but every time I'm using it the FPGA IC is warming up. I have just a Hello World programmed.

This is normal or there's a problem?
If it's a problem how can I fix it?

I have to put a heatsink or a FAN?

Hi John,

It is normal for it to heat up a bit. If your using it in a standard ambient room temperature I would say you don't need to add a heat sink on and can just use it as is.
