"Xilinx Platform cable I" verses "Xilinx Platform Cable II"

Can you use the "Xilinx Platform Cable USB Model DLC9G" to program "PicoZed 7030 SOM + FMC Carrier V2" board?

I noticed the documentation says HW-USB-II-G instead of DLC9G....

What's the difference between these two jtag programmers from Xilinx? What gives, Jtag is Jtag, is it not?

I was curious, because the DLC9G doesn't actually show up under Hardware Manager in Vivado, But it does show up under Windows Device Manager...

You may also want to consider upgrading your JTAG adapter to the Digilent HS3 module. It is much faster, smaller, and easier to use than the old Xilinx DLC9 JTAG pod.
