Hello Tseong,
Unfortunaly I can't make a guess as to which component may be damaged.
To narrows things down you could power up the board and then check each voltage rail to see which are / are not comming up. You also need to keep an eye on the input supply, if somthing did short it would be drawing a lot of current (1+ Amps at 5 Volts) and somthing would be very hot. Being able to monitor that input current would mean that you are using a bench supply which you may or may not have.
Another option would be sending it to a failure analysis / repair service, however we do not offer nor do we recommend any.
The next option (perhpas the best option) would be to purchase another Carrier Card. However this time I would suggest you choose the PicoZed FMC Carrier Card V2 due to it not having any of the issues that the Carrier Card V1 had. The reason I believe this to be the best option is due to the time and/or potential cost it will take to repair you board.
