PicoZed SDR 2x2SOM Schem Rev E and BOM Rev C

When will the Rev E BOM that reflects the Rev E Schematic (Nov 4 2016) become available?  I am seeing some significant differences between PicoZed SDR Z7035-AD9361 BOM RevC and  PicoZedSDR_z7035-ad9361_RevE_schem_02_038702e_top.

    I am designing a circuit board to interface to the PicoZed SDR FMC Carrier Card AES-PZSDRCC-FMC-G and I cannot find anywhere in the documentation or mechanical drawings any information regarding the size and spacing of the two mounting holes on both sides of of the FMC connector.  I am assuming I can get that information from the Altium file but I was hoping there might be a short blurb about the hole sizes and relative spacing to the FMC connector.  Would you mind providing that information?
