I'm using custom carrier with pico-7015 board.
I have a working carrier and a bootable SD card. When I load the SD card into new carrier board then power on, the DONE led in the carrier will blink at a frequency of several seconds. I have tried JTAG, but it returned "ERROR: [Labtools 27-3165] End of startup status: LOW".
The difference between new carrier board and the working carrier board is power related, IOs are the same.
Now i don't know if it is a soldering problem or a configuration problem. What i am sure is that the power of 5V and 3.3V are both good, and there is no voltage drop.
