Picozed SDR Development Board not powering up

Hi there
I have just received my Picozed SDR SOM Development Kit. I have followed the quick start guide but the SOM is simply not powering up. Only one red LED DS8 turns on when i switch the board on and then nothing further. Plz help guys it is urgent. Thnx in advance

    Thanks for the reply... unfortunately, I tried the update, but it didn't seem to make any difference (I posted a couple replies a few days ago, but it looks like they got buried further up in the thread).

    After doing the update, everything looked to be successful (it said: "Successfully reprogrammed the ADM1166 EEPROM. ... reboot the board to load the new configuration."). But it still only worked on the one carrier.

    I did notice on the one that isn't working, the green LEDs on the SOM flash very briefly (then turn off, and only DS8 stays illuminated).  Does that mean the ADM1166 tried to start up, and then shut down due to a fault?
